- Increase students' critical thinking and communication skills.
- Improve average daily attendance and graduation rate.
- Use assessment data to drive instruction and raise scores in all subject areas to meet or exceed state averages.
- Recruit, develop, and return a workforce committed to school's vision and mission.
- Replace and update technology regularly.
- Provide a safe, secure, and orderly environment for learning.
- Provide extra-curricular opportunities that foster personal growth.
- Increase parental involvement and community participation.
